The Need: In mid 2008, One Touch Direct needed executive level strategic, operational and administrative experience to help manage their rapid growth.The Relationship: David performed an extensive 4 week company-wide review of One Touch Direct’s operational and administrative personnel, processes and procedures and produced a written summary of his findings, conversations, interviews and facts and figures that was presented to and reviewed with the executive management team. The Result: One Touch Direct has significantly grown their revenue year-over-year and has implemented many of the recommendations suggested by David in 2008. David continues to provide his experience to One Touch Direct and is turning his focus to helping his client further grow through possible merger and acquisition activity. The Result: Blackbird was successfully launched in 2008 and has been downloaded by hundreds of thousands of users. Blackbird is now working on expanding its community focused web browser into other verticals. The Company’s Web Site: www.blackbirdhome.com The Need: In early 2008, C60 Bamboo was launching a business to import bamboo products from South Korea to exclusively distribute and sell in North America and needed legal and detailed profit and loss financial modeling to provide a break-even analysis.The Process: David worked with C60 Bamboo’s founder to develop, tweak and goal seek through financial modeling and analysis to ascertain the company’s break-even point based on revenue and cost assumptions. The Result: C60 Bamboo successfully launched in the fall of 2008 and continues to grow not only its distribution partners but also its customer base while at the same time expanding its product offering.
